There's great benefit to being honest, and for everyone round the table to know where each other's heads are at. This can be a general temperature check, or about a specific project - a great addition to your retrospectives.
Visualising feelings makes a great start to talking things out, which does a world of good for clearing heads and giving insights into the current state of wellbeing.
